Kent Corbett

Principal, Lead Auctioneer



Kent is a licensed, bonded and insured auctioneer and appraiser and owner of Corbett Auctions and Appraisals, Inc. since 1991. Among his many strengths, Kent excels at building lasting relationships with his buyers and sellers. He has successfully sold millions of dollars of residential, commercial, agricultural and recreational real estate in his career. His natural charisma shines in his specialty of managing and conducting “live” commissioned real estate auctions. He was even named Champion Auctioneer in 2008 and 2014 by the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers.

Kent attended the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana and is bonded and approved to conduct auctions for the Federal Bankruptcy Court.  He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers. In addition to his already long list of accomplishments and certifications, Kent is an accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation from the Auction Marketing Institute and has held leadership roles with the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers Association.

Ben Kneadler




Ben is a commercial real estate agent focusing on building successful client relationships whether representing buyer and sellers, tenants or landlords. Ben began his brokerage career in 2002 after spending four years as a public school teacher and coach. Ben soon transitioned into construction and general contracting building single- and multi-family residences. He has spent the last sixteen years as a commercial real estate broker in the Treasure Valley. Ben uses his construction and development background to help clients navigate some of the complexities that can arise during a transaction. He is focused on finding solutions that are beneficial to all involved and prides himself on doing what is right by his client and doing it well.

Ben has a wide portfolio of experience and is always looking for the next opportunity to build expertise. Some of Ben’s exclusive representation assignments include: Panera Bread, Red Robin, Lucky Perk Coffee, Commercial Tire, Interface Properties, Eisenberg Company, Woodbury Corporation, Idaho Power, Ferguson Supply, and others.

Ben is active in the community volunteering at his church and coaching a number of youth sports teams. He also spent several summers directing a summer camp for more than 200, 4th – 6th grade boys and looks forward to other opportunities to serve and mentor youth.

Mike, founding partner of NAI Select in Boise, Idaho, is an 18-year commercial real estate veteran with a wide range of real estate expertise, including retail, office, industrial, land and multifamily property transaction experience. Mike has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his tenant advisory services.   He successfully guides local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, asset dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and lease obligations. Mike has led clients in hundreds of commercial lease and sales transactions, totaling an excess of $1 billion. His specific areas of expertise include market knowledge, financial structuring, transaction management, space utilization and strategic planning. Mike consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients.  Mike has a passionate appreciation for Idaho and the outdoor enjoyments that this unique state offers. When not in the office, he and his wife of 20 years and their 3 children spend the weekends camping, skiing, and fly fishing.
